Platform for Change

Ten Ten Ten Platform for Change

A Platform Built to Turn Better Ideas into Real Change

The United States will not achieve Top Ten health outcomes while spending Ten Percent of GDP on healthcare by chance. This audacious goal requires better ideas, thorough review, and coordinated efforts. Ten Ten Ten has created a platform to identify, evaluate, certify, and amplify solutions that can improve outcomes and lower costs.

Submit Your Idea

Have a solution that could improve health outcomes and reduce cost? Start here. Ten Ten Ten reviews submissions across outcomes, economic value, and equity to identify ideas worth advancing.

Big goal. Open platform. Real standards.

Ten Ten Ten’s mission is a BHAG, a big hairy audacious goal. No single team, company, or institution can achieve it alone.

That is why we built a Platform for Change.

The platform is designed to bring forward strong ideas from across healthcare, evaluate them against a clear standard, and help the best ones move toward broader adoption.

Through this platform:

  • Ideas can be submitted from across the healthcare system
  • Submissions are reviewed for their ability to improve health outcomes while reducing total cost
  • The strongest solutions can advance to Ten Ten Ten Certification review

We are looking for solutions that do more than sound promising. We are looking for solutions that can help move the nation toward better outcomes, better value, and a more accountable healthcare system.

An idea submission process built on outcomes, economic value, and equity

Ten Ten Ten Certification identifies proposals that can meaningfully improve the healthcare system. Every submission is evaluated across three pillars: Health Outcomes, Economic Benefits, and Equity.

Health outcomes

A solution must improve patient-relevant outcomes such as disease control, functional status, readmissions, or mortality. Stronger evidence earns stronger certification, with preference for rigorous study designs.

Economic Benefits

A solution must demonstrate its total net cost impact, including medical, pharmacy, and program costs. Savings claims should use transparent methods. If costs rise, the benefits from outcomes must be significant enough to justify the increase.

Equity

A solution must demonstrate equitable access and impact across the population it serves, or address a documented inequity within a defined population.

No one group can fix this alone.

We cannot fix the U.S. healthcare system without contributions from every segment of healthcare.

Ten Ten Ten’s founders have deep expertise in drug management, but drugs make up only a small part of the larger cost and outcomes challenge. To achieve top-tier outcomes while spending ten percent of GDP in ten years, we need ideas from across the system, including hospitals, health systems, employers, clinicians, innovators, administrators, product companies, service providers, and policy leaders.

The Ten Ten Ten Platform is an open system for change. It is a place to bring forward solutions that deserve serious evaluation.

And certification is only the beginning.

If your product, procedure, service, or policy earns Ten Ten Ten Certification, that recognition can serve as a catalyst for wider impact. Ten Ten Ten will amplify certified solutions through publication, visibility, and marketplace endorsements that encourage adoption and growth.

    Your idea

After you submit, our team will review your inquiry and determine whether it is a fit for certification review, platform evaluation, or a follow-up conversation. Not every submission will move forward, but every strong submission helps us surface better ideas for healthcare improvement.

    North Star

The North Star keeps everyone aimed at the same destination: a United States with Top Ten outcomes, spending no more than Ten Percent of GDP on healthcare, achieved within Ten Years. It’s simple enough to remember, specific enough to measure, and strong enough to unify policy, purchasing, and care.

    Ten Ten Ten Index

The Ten Ten Ten Index translates complex data into a public scorecard that shows whether the U.S. is getting healthier for less, and where to focus next. It blends outcomes, value, and equity into a single, transparent number so leaders can see unwarranted variation, copy what works, and retire low-value care

    Pledge

The Ten Ten Ten Pledge builds the civic mandate for change. Individuals and organizations commit to better health outcomes and lower costs, and add their voice to a growing coalition that supports leaders who move the numbers. Every signature strengthens the case for policy, purchasing, and practice decisions.

    Certification Program

Ten Ten Ten Certification is a trusted mark for healthcare products, procedures and services that measurably improve health and reduce total cost. Using transparent criteria and independent review, we verify net impact, equity effects, and system fit, giving purchasers confidence, speeding procurement, and helping proven ideas scale responsibly.

    Partnerships

Partnerships with Ten Ten Ten align companies, agencies, nonprofits, and health systems around actions that support our common North Star. Partners make simple, practical commitments, share evidence and lessons, and co-create briefs and playbooks; in return, they receive recognition, communication templates aligned to the Index, and, if appropriate, pathways to Certification.
